In this Civil Revision Application, the order dated 1.8.2008 passed by the 10th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, passed below Exhibit 41 in Regular Civil Suit No.1601 of 2006 is challenged. The trial Court has held that it is having jurisdiction to try and entertain the Suit No.1601 of 2006. As in this case, interim relief was refused by this Court vide order dated 11.7.2011, the suit is pending since 2006 and the order of 2008 is under challenge.

Under such circumstances, the Civil Revision Application is dismissed.
