osk 44-wp-717-2017.odt Petitioner's movable as well as immovable properties came to be attached in the said crime in the month of August 2014. The Petitioner filed objections (Exhibit Nos.41 and 42, which is marked as Exhibit No.117 in MPID Case No.1 of 2014) in the month of March 2016. However, the grievance of the Petitioner is that, these objections are not yet decided by the learned MPID Court. Therefore, he has approached before this Court.
3] Taking into consideration the fact that the Petitioner herself is not accused in the said FIR and her objections are pending for more than one and half year, we deem it fit to direct the learned MPID Court, to dispose the Petitioner's objections in MPID Case No. 1 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within the period of four months from today. Ordered accordingly. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
5] In view of disposal of Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Intervention Application bearing Criminal Application No.352 of 2017 and, therefore, the same stands disposed of.
