Heard the counsel on either side. The sole applicant died on 16.11.2018. Therefore, the applicants, as his legal representatives, want to come on record. For that purpose, they have filed this Civil Application. For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, I allow the application. Amendment to be carried out in two weeks.

2. At this juncture, the respondent's counsel brings to my notice that those legal representatives have pleaded in their application about the merits and asserted something which is in issue. In that context, I clarify that the application of the LRs to come on record must be treated as serving no other purpose than bringing them on record. The disputed pleadings, if any, stands disregarded.

3. The interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date.
