2. There are two private Respondents. They are Respondent Nos.2 and 3. Respondent No.3-Sureshchandra Parekh has expired. Now the Appellant has settled with remaining Sole Respondent No.2-Nila Sureshchandra Parekh/wife of Respondent No.3. 3.

In view of above the Applicant did not want to prosecute this Appeal further. It is against the judgment of acquittal passed by the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, for the offence 1/2
