The civil application is filed for recalling the order dated 23rd January, 2018, passed in the above petition to the extent of imposing cost of Rs.2000/-.

By making averments in the paragraphs 4 to 7, the applicant has given explanation for delay in filing the affidavit-in-reply. The explanation, in our view, is satisfactory. Learned AGP stated that the affidavit-in-reply is already filed. Oral assurance is also given by the learned AGP that henceforth endeavour would be made to attend the Court matters on priority basis. The assurance is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
