This appeal is preferred by State of Maharashtra for enhancement of sentence imposed upon respondent by the learned special Judge, Pune in Special Sessions Case No. 302/15, whereby accused came to be convicted for the ofence punishable under Section 354t of the IPC and is sentenced to sufer rigorous imprisonment for 15 days and to pay fne of Rs. 3,000/-. In default, simple imprisonment for 7 days.
