1] Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order passed on 16th February 2017, the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.35,000/- on 27th February 2017. 2] Learned Prosecutor while opposing the confirmation of the anticipatory bail has submitted that the applicant accused has earlier committed offences of robbery and assault and four cases are pending against him.
3] In the present case, there is no assault against human body. I,
YBG 2-aba-300-17 confirm the interim bail on the following conditions:- (I) In the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail on P.R. Bond of Rs.40,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;
(II) The applicant - accused shall cooperate with the investigating officer and attend police station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. till 31st May 2017.
(III) The applicant shall not commit any offence and/or pressurise the complainant or other witnesses; (IV) In the event of any violation of any of the conditions imposed above, the prosecution is at liberty to move an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail application. (V) Application is disposed of.
