Applicant Jaiveer Macker moved the present application to allow him to withdraw his claim against respondent-father pending for maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Applicant No.1 Rohini and respondent No.1 Veepane Macker are the 1/2

(916) APPR 117-18.doc parents of the applicant Mast. Jaiveer Macker. Both the parents and their learned Counsel fairly concedes that the applicant-Jaiveer Macker has attained age of majority. Therefore, he will be allowed to withdraw his claim of maintenance filed against his father respondent-Veepane Macker. The parents are in agreement to delete the name of applicant-Jaiveer from the Criminal Revision Application No. 77 of 2018 filed before this Court under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 2.

In view of submission made on behalf of parents of applicantJaiveer, the present application stands allowed. The name of the applicant Jaiveer Macker be deleted from the title clause of Criminal Revision Application No. 77 of 2018 already impleaded being one of the applicant. Learned Counsel for Applicant-wife Rohini Macker shall carry out requisite amendment to delete the name of applicant son Jaiveer Macker from the title clause of Revision Application as well as to carry out requisite amendment in the prayer clause of the application in regard to the withdrawal of amount of maintenance by the major son Jaiveer Macker. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application No.117 of 2018 stands disposed of in above terms.

The applicant-wife shall carry out amendment within a week. After requisite amendment, Criminal Application No. 147 of 2018 with Criminal Revision Application No. 77 of 2018 be listed on 16.08.2018. by Arjun Machhindra Kadam Date:
