1. The above Civil Applications are filed by the Applicants (Original Petitioners) for the following reliefs :- (b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to comply with the order dated 26th February, 2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court being Exhibit "A" to the present application thereby deciding the Application filed by the Applicant under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code within such fix period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and be pleased to further direct the Respondents to report the compliance of the same to this Hon'ble Court;
2. The Respondents are directed to comply with the order dated 26th February, 2018 passed by this Court i.e. to decide the application filed by the Applicants under Section 36 A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 within a period of two weeks from today.
3. All the above Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. Though the Civil Applications are disposed of, place the same on 11 th March, 2020 to report compliance.
