After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant, when this Court indicated that, no interference is necessary in the impugned Order passed below Exh.9, dated 5th February 2020, in Sessions Case No.131 of 2013, the learned counsel on instructions from the husband of the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court at the time of trial. Leave and liberty granted.
