By an order dated 16th February, 2018 the Applicant was granted an interim relief.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of the present application, the applicant and the first informant Ms. Akanksha V. Pillai got married on 19th February, 2018. Ms. Akanksha Venugopal Pillai @ Akanksha Abhijeet Malondkar is personally present in the Court. She, through her Advocate, tendered an Affidavit dated 11th June, 2018, admitting the said fact of 1/2

12-ABA289-18.DOC marriage with the Applicant on 19th February, 2018, which is registered on 24th March, 2018.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 16th February, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived. 3.

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
