The only prayer made in this petition is for seeking a direction to various authorities to dispose of the representation (Exhibit-K to the petition). The said representation is addressed to the Additional Collector and Competent Authority No.2, Pune Urban Agglomeration, Pune-37 under the provisions of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976. It is also addressed to the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune and the Commissioner of the Pune Municipal Corporation. It is not clear from the said representation as to which reliefs the petitioner is seeking against which of the said three authorities. 2.

Hence, relief in terms of prayer clause (a) cannot be granted. However, it will be open to the petitioner to make 1/2

15) wp6342-14 separate representations to the Competent Authority under the ULC Act, the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division and the Commissioner of the Pune Municipal Corporation. If such a representation is made, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
