Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 21.11.2014 passed by the Dy. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, N-Ward, Mumbai, u/s.101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (said Act) holding that the respondent society is entitled to recover sum of Rs.22,95,157/- towards maintenance charges in respect of Flat No.20A, Vikhroli Laxmi CHS Ltd., Vikhroli Station Road, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai - 400079.

As an alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner u/s.154 of the said Act, I do not find any reason to entertain the Writ Petition. Hence, same stands rejected.
