Learned counsel for the applicant has produced before the Court order of the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 22/10/2019 which records compromise arrived at between the parties which is taken on record as Exhibit "A". This order shows that after completion of payment as stipulated therein proceeding under section 138 of NI Act as also Complaint Case No.889/1999 and Complaint Case No.350/2000 shall stand quashed and set aside.

In view of this order of Hon'ble Apex Court and directions therein the present challenge does not survive. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
