The petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No.2 - the Senior Inspector of Police, Kandiwali, Mumbai to register an FIR on the basis of Petitioner's report dated 2nd October 2015, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-"D" to the petition. 2.

Mr. Saste, learned APP on instructions makes a statement that the said complaint / report of the Petitioner was enquired into and decision was arrived at that the dispute raised by the Petitioner in the said complaint / report is of civil nature. He further submits that decision taken will be communicated to the Petitioner within seven days from today. Statement accepted. 3.
