By this Petition, the Petitioners impugn the order dated 8.11.2013 passed by the learned Member of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Pune in Revision Application No. 99 of 2007 as well as the order dated 18/5/2007 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji and pray for confirming the order dated 15/3/2007 passed by the Tahasildar, Hatkanangali in the application filed by the 1/3
Petitioners under section 33-B of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948. This Writ Petition is connected to Writ Petition No. 3884 of 2014. In Writ Petition No. 3884 of 2014, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 8/11/2013 passed by the learned Member of Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Pune in Revision Application No. 120 of 2017 seeking setting aside of the order dated 18/5/2007 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji and prayed for confirmation of the order dated 15/3/2007 passed by the Tahasildar, Hatkanangali in the application filed by the Petitioners under section 33-B of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948. It was specifically observed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal that the land in dispute was the same and the parties to both the revision applications were the same. The Writ Petition No. 3884 of 2014 is disposed of vide order dated 16/11/2017. Hence, in view of the Order passed in Writ Petition No. 3884 of 2014, the same findings and order be read in Writ Petition No. 3654 of 2014 and no separate order would be necessary.

For the reasons assigned in the Writ Petition No. 3884 of 2014, Writ Petition No. 3654 of 2017 being sans merits stands dismissed. The same is disposed of accordingly.
