In view of the statement contained in application sent by prisoner that on 14th September 2012 this High Court had asked Sessions Court to complete trial within six months, the learned APP submits that he has no objection if within reasonable time trial is directed to be completed.

In this situation, if the trial in Crime No.71 of 2010 is still pending, we direct that Court to decide at the earliest. With these directions, we dispose of the petition.
