By this application, the Applicant has sought leave to permit the constituted attorney of Appellant No.1 to sign the vakalatnama annexed to the memo of appeal. Learned counsel for the Appellants states that the vakalatnama could not be signed earlier because of Covid-19 pandemic. Power of Attorney is annexed to the application. The Appellant No.1 has authorised the constituted attorney to appoint and engage an Advocate, to take steps in the proceedings, etc. In view of which, application is granted in terms of prayer clause (a).
