Learned Counsel for the Applicant, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw this application. He states that during the pendency of the present application, charge-sheet has been filed. He therefore does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same, with liberty to file an application before the appropriate Court, in view of the fact, that the charge-sheet has now been filed.
