Ms. Batheja, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that an application for modification of the conditions filed before the Sessions Court, Mumbai is pending and is kept for hearing on 14th March, 2016. She has further submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since he is unable to furnish surety as per the order dated 19th January, 2016. In view of the above the learned Sessions Judge is directed to dispose of the application for modification of the conditions as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 8th March, 2016. The execution warrant is stayed till the disposal of the application for modification of the conditions. 2.
