The order dated 21/08/2014 passed by the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai ordering the re-audit is taken exception to by way of the above Writ Petition. In view of the fact that the remedy by way of a Revision Application under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is available to the Petitioners, it is not necessary to entertain the above Writ Petition. By relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. The contention of the Petitioners that there is no cause for ordering the re-audit is kept open for being urged before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar who would consider the said contention whilst adjudicating upon the Revision Application. Needless to state that the Revision Application would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law. The lgc
