The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has been dismissed for non prosecution on 20-12016 for non appearance of the Advocate for the Petitioners on the said day. The reasons for the non appearance of the Advocate for the Petitioner on said day has been mentioned in the above Civil Application. In fact none had also appeared for the Respondents. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2(a), 2(b) and legal heirs of Respondent No.1(a) submits to the orders of the court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the Writ Petition is restored to file. List the Petition for admission on 9-1-2017. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner may serve the unrepresented Respondents before the said date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
