After arguing for some time, the learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file an appropriate application for discharge, in the event, chargesheet is filed against the petitioner in C.R. No. 169/2018 registered with Gamdevi Police Station.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
