Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we find no ground to allow the Civil Application as we find that before passing of the interim order dated 20.2.2015, the recovery was already effected. As a result, Civil Application is rejected. The other contentions raised in the Civil Application will be considered while deciding the writ petition finally.
