Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by respondent no.1 Arun Tukaram Kadam for declaration that notice dated 7.5.2014 in Contempt Petition against him is null and void and also for declaration that the judgment and decree obtained by the original plaintiff as null and void and obtained by fraud. In view of the order passed by this court in Contempt Petition nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same is rejected.
