Having considered the reasons set out in the civil application,

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 7(c) states that the there are in fact no reasons in the civil application to seek condonation of delay. In paragraph 3 of the civil application, the reasons have been set out.

Considering the quantum of delay, the explanation offered in the civil application, the delay is condoned. 6.

Accordingly, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
