The applicant has preferred application for bail. The said application was rejected by the Sessions Court at the stage of investigation. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant. 2.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, applicant is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer application for bail before the Sessions Court. In the event such application is preferred, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law and on merits.
