The petition is filed for the following reliefs : "(a) That it be declared that the continuance of the Respondent No.2 as the Administrator of Building No.37, Ashish Building, Manish Nagar, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053 is null and void;

(b) In the alternative, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to commence the process of election to Managing Committee of Building No.37, Ashish Building, Manish Nagar, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053 and complete the same within the specified period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;"

The learned AGP makes a statement that the elections to the managing committee of Ashish Building No.37 Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. were held on 29th November, 2015 and the elected managing committee has already taken charge. In support of her statement, she has tendered a communication dated 28th December, 2015 of the designated officer of the said Society. The same is taken on record. 3.
