1) Heard. Applicants herein are apprehending their arrest in crime no. 56 of 2017 registered at Meera Road Police Station. Applicants had approached the Court of Sessions under section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Application was heard on 14/02/2017. The Court was of the opinion that notice to the Investigating Officer was necessary and therefore, without granting interim relief, application has been scheduled to be heard on 20/02/2017. Being aggrieved by the fact that interim relief is not granted, applicants had approached this Court under section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, ism
