By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the civil application and prays for setting aside the order dated 18th December 2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.-II). 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties and have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (1) & (2) on the condition that the applicant complies with the order dated 18th December 2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.- II) Within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
