By this application, the applicant has sought to quash and set aside order dated 01.10.2014 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Sessions Judge - 1, Kolhapur on Exh.59 in Cri.Appeal No.47 of 2008, whereby the learned Sessions Judge had rejected the application filed by the applicant under Section 391 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The record reveals that the
