The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR being C.R. No.203 of 2017 registered with Kalamboli Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. From the material on record, it cannot be said that the Petitioner has been wrongly arraigned as an accused in the said FIR. Hence no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
