Mr. Anil Lawand, learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 makes a statement that Respondent No. 2 is only repairing and renovating the suit property. He states that the Respondent No. 2 has been in possession of the suit property since last 19 years. He also states that Respondent No. 2 will not create any third party rights or transfer the possession of the suit property. He also states that the Respondent No. 2 will not claim any equity in the matter. 2.
According to me, the aforesaid statement which are accepted as a statement to this Court sufficiently protect the interest if any, of the Applicant.

Civil Application No. 372 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the order made in Civil Application No. 372 of 2019, there is no case made out for grant of any further interim relief. In any case, learned counsel for the Petitioner makes it clear that he is not pressing for any interim relief. 7.
Mr. Anil Lawand, waives service on behalf of Respondent No. 2 and Mr. Tare, waives service on behalf of Respondent No. 1. 8.
