This application is filed by Insurance Company for condonation of 13 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Award dated 25.06.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Claim Application No. 92 of 2007 for awarding sum of Rs.11,23,298/- with 6% interest per annum by way of compensation.

a) The delay of 13 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
