The applicant was released on 28.03.2014 under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in Crime No.94 of 2013 with a direction to attend the police station on first Sunday of every month.

The relaxation is sought as one of the accused is already discharged. The relaxation is prayed to the extent that the applicant shall attend the police station as and when called. 3.

The prayer stands allowed in the above terms and this application is, accordingly, disposed of.
