For the reasons separately recorded, we pass the following order:- ORDER :

I) We hold that the impugned order of detention has expired on 30.06.2017;

II) We direct the Respondents to forthwith release Shri Arvind Nagnath Sabale, the detenu, from detention on the basis of the said order dated 23.01.2017; BGP.

III) We direct all the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of the operative part of this Judgment and Order; IV) Rule is disposed of in the above terms.
