Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this Interim Application No.611 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No.1296 of 2022. 2.

Considering that this application is inadvertently filed and the applicant's bail application is already pending before this Court, the Interim Application No.611 of 2023 is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
