The applicants/accused were arrested in C.R. No. 34 of 2015 of Mandwa Sagari Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 1 / 3

307, 452, 324 and 120B of Indian Penal Code. They were released on bail by the orders dated 18th March, 2013 and 24th April, 2013 passed by this Court. The applicants were directed to attend the Mandwa Sagari Police Station twice a week. Thereafter the applicants moved the applications for relaxation of condition of attendance. In all the applications, by the order dated 2nd July, 2014 passed by this Court, the condition of attendance was relaxed and all the applicants/accused were directed to attend the police station on 1st Saturday of each Calendar month between 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Now these three Applications are moved for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed by this Court by order dated 2nd July, 2014. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicants/accused submitted that the applicants/accused have been attending the police station on the specified dates.

The charge sheet is filed. The case is committed to the Sessions. On 9th January, 2017, all these Applications were posted, however, the Investigating officer was not present. Therefore, the matter is kept today, however, today also the Investigating officer is not present. Considering the previous orders and the period for which the applicants/accused have been attending the police station, I modify the order dated 2nd July , 2014 2 / 3

and relax the condition of attendance as follows: "The applicants/accused need not attend the police station hereafter but attend all the Court dates."

Criminal Applications are disposed of.
