The learned APP on instructions of the Senior Inspector of Police of MRA Marg Police Station, Mumbai Shri Sanjay Kamble states that the Petitioner may remain present before the Senior Police Inspector tomorrow i.e. 13/07/2018 at 06.00 pm for recording of his statement. The Senior Police Inspector may after recording the statement of the Petitioner carry out necessary preliminary inquiry and take an appropriate decision thereafter. The said decision to be communicated to the Petitioner within one week of such decision. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
