Perused the application for condonation of delay in lodging the appeal. Heard Shri Shantanu Phanse, the learned appointed advocate, as well as the learned APP Shri S.V.Gavand. The appeal is challenging conviction and resultant sentence. The delay is only of 7 days. Hence, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay in lodging the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered.
