ORDER:

The Petitioner is seeking to set aside the selection of other candidates in the selection list dated 1 October 2012 prepared by the Respondent No.1 for the post of Assistant Labour Commissioner. The selection list is dated 1 October 2012 and the present Petition is only filed on 7 May 2016. We are not satisfied with the explanation given in para 11 of the Petition for the delay in filing the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition suffers from gross delay and laches. Even otherwise, the Petitioner has approached this Court instead of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.
