The applicant was directed to be released on bail vide order dated 12th January, 2021 in connection with C.R. No.477 of 2019 registered with Mahatma Phule Police Station, Kalyan on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

It is submitted that the applicant is not in a position so far to furnish surety and he is continued to be in custody, although bail was granted to him by order dated 12th January, 2021. It is submitted that the applicant may be permitted to furnish provisional cash bail security for a period of eight weeks to enable him to furnish surety. The present applicant was also released on bail in another Sajakali Jamadar

In these circumstances the order dated 12th January, 2021 can be modified.

The applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash bail security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of eight weeks to enable him to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 12th January, 2021.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
