This application is preferred by plaintiff for condonation of 62 days delay in filing Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 24.11.2014 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in draft Notice of Motion in L.C. Suit no. 3126 of 2014.

The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Delay of 62 days in filing Appeal from Order is condoned.

b) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
