Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant's Application for plea bargaining has been decided by the trial Court on 30.08.2019. Learned counsel for the Applicant has tendered a copy of the order dated 30.08.2019, by which his prayer for plea bargaining was allowed and he was sentenced for various offences, as mentioned in the said order. The said order is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the Application. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of. Registry to communicate the said order to the Applicant who is lodged in Arthur Road Jail.
