The Petitioner Mr. Sandip MendiRatta be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount or cash bail deposit of Rs.2,50,000((Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) in lieu of surety.
