This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the Appeal challenging the acquittal of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant as well as learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. We have also heard learned APP. The delay in filing an Appeal challenging the acquittal of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of IPC is sufficiently explained by the Applicant.

We are of the considered opining that the sufficient cause is shown for condoning the delay in filing an appeal by the victim of the crime in question. Therefore, the order.
