DANGRE, J DATED : 4th APRIL 2018 P.C:- Criminal Application No.118 of 2018 has been taken out by the petitioner wife alleging that there is no compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 20th August 2016 by which the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.750/- in place of the maintenance awarded by the Family Court to the tune of Rs.1,500/-. The contention of the learned counsel is that the said amount has not been cleared and according to the learned counsel, an amount of Rs.32,000/- is yet to be paid by the respondent in compliance of the order dated 20th August 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent, however, disputes the said statement and according to him, the entire amount has been paid. In any contingency, the respondent is duty

Tilak 2/2 (10)APPR-118-18 bound to abide by the order passed by this Court on 20th August 2016. In the peculiar circumstances, since the Revision Application is already admitted by this Court, the petitioner husband is directed to clear the entire arrears of maintenance till the month of April 2018 within a period of one month from today. Criminal Application No.118 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly.
