The applicant is seeking modification of order dated 22nd January, 2021 the applicant is supposed to pay Rs.5 Lakhs on or before 28th February, 2021.

The complainant is present in the Court. As per the order the applicant was supposed to pay Rs. 5 Lakhs on or before 21st February, 2021. The said account has been paid to the complainant. The further amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs was to be paid on or before 13th March, 2021. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of pandemic situation, there is financial constraint and the time may be extended. The applicant would pay the said amount on or before 9th April, 2021 and the three installment of the Rs.3 Lakhs

Ganesh Lokhande 65-appln-49-21.doc would be paid to the complainant on or before 5th May, 2021. The undertaking is accepted, no further extension will be granted. 3.
