Extension of one week is granted to pay bhatta charges. The above Civil Application has been filed for issuing fresh notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 14 and 18 on the addresses as stated in the cause title of the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that except Respondent Nos.10 and 18, the other Respondents have been served by private Advocates notice which is evidenced by the affidavit of service which has been filed in the registry. Issue fresh notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 14 and 18 on the addresses mentioned in the cause title of the above Civil Application, returnable after 4 weeks. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner may serve the unserved Respondents by private Advocates notice and file affidavit of service. In so far as the Respondents who are served, the office to verify and put up a note. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
