Heard learned APP. By this petition filed u/s 226 of the Constitution of India petitioner seeks to challenge the Externment proceedings. By an order dated 16/12/2016, the respondent No.1 was externed for the period of one year from the jurisdiction of Solapur Police Deputy Commissioner, Solapur City. This order was modified in appeal by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune by an order dated 25/01/2017 and the period of externment was reduced to six Nesarikar
